| Fully glazed glass door dry jointed frameless partition system using 10 or 12mm glass. Rigid translucent jointing channels provide a seamless aspect unbroken by intrusive mullions. Dry joints make the system fully relocatable with minimum effort. Single and double glazed options are available with blinds and/or manifestation to choice. Glass door Aluminium or harwood head and base tracks provide a range of aesthetic options. Glass and solid doors compliment the glazing in all finishes. The system is fully specified to British Standards for fire, acoustic and impact tests. |

Glass wall Introduction
A frameless dry glazed partition system with optional glazed or solid doors and accessories.
Glass wall Partition thickness
25mm and 100 mm (nominal) as standard with
glazing thickness either 10mm or 12mm. Other partition thicknesses can be achieved by using single glazed components spaced as required.

Tested up to 3.3 m.
Glass wall Aluminum sections
Material grade 6063 extruded sections in T6 condition conforming to BS 1474 (1987).
Glass wall Aluminum finish
Durable & protective polyester powder coating to 60/80 microns (interior/exterior use). Standard BS or RAL color range. Other finishes also available.
Glass wall Vertical Joints
Translucent dry jointed vertical glazing sections.
Glass wall Blinds
Integral or remote free-hanging 15mm or 25mm Venetian, roller or 89mm or 127mm louvers.
Glass wall Glazing modules
Nominally 1200 mm,though other widths can be provided to suit the Clients’ requirements/site layouts.

10mm or 12mm toughened or laminated complying with BS 6262. Fire rated or acoustic options are also available.
Glass wall Architectural glass
Conforms to BS 6206 available in standard or customized textures and designs. Flat, curved, sandblasted, mirror backed, colored, opaque or translucent options.

Full height or with an over panel in various widths, manufactured from 10 mm or 12 mm glass, in either single or double leaf and single or double action
Glass wall Timber doors
44 mm standard doors sizes 2040mm high x 826mm wide or 1981mm high x 838mm wide or full height. Other options are also available.
Glass wall Doorframes
Extruded aluminum doorframe pre-mitred and machined to accept lock, lock keep and butt hinges. Timber frames are also available.
Glass wall Fire rating
To BS 476: Part 22: 1987 (clause 8).
Glazing up to 60 minutes integrity, 30 minutes insulation. Timber door sets up to 60 minutes integrity, 30 minutes insulation. Single glazed 30/30 (30 minutes integrity, 30 minutes insulation)
Glass wall Sound rating
To BS 2750: Part 3:1980 and rated in accordance with BS 5281: Part 1: 1984 up to 49 Rw(dB).
Glass wall impact rating
Structurally tested to BS 5234: Part 2: 1992 crowd pressure, general and structural damage by large soft body. Surface damage by small hard body impact.
Glass wall Atrium glazing
Solare single glazed has been approved for atrium glazing.
